FIX FOUND (sort of...)
After hours of scouring online, I found that in the ThiccWaterInstaller.cs that is inside the imported ThiccWater package, there is a line that you need to delete in order to get past the installer getting stuck part. But I forgot to come back here to post the fix and now I cannot find for the life of me where I found the fix. BUT I think it was the 7th line inside of that installer.cs You should be able to just double click it open and remove that line and once the installer is done installing it to your model, you need to (at least I had to) put that line back in or it will give you errors when trying to go into play mode.
Can just: Delete the line > CTRL+S (leave it open) > go through install process > CTRL+Z in the ThiccWaterInstaller.cs to get it back.
